Yes.....A New Post.

 

 I've been working on a few new things over the past few months. Here is one.

 Here  I'm working with liquid water colors. It is a special order from Discount School Supply. I could not find it in a regular arts and crafts store.

 The possibilities are endless. You have to be careful, It stains your hands and your clothes, so please wear a paint shirt.

 You can dilute it with water ( I recommend) You can add texture, with a number of things around the house. Here, I used screen. Best of all it comes in a wide variety of colors.

You then can make it into a fun collage.

Little Wooden Block Houses...

 About two weeks ago I was given some children's stacking blocks.

  It only took me a few minutes to  think about what I wanted to do with them.

Doodles and Beyond...

I start out making my own backgrounds. I find it fun using liquid watercolors, they are messy but I like the way they turn out.


 

I also use different textures of paper, watercolor color paper is my favorite.
Each paper gives a different look.

 

I use different thickness of markers and pens.


 Brush tip markers are fun to use.

 

You can use different kinds of colored inks.

 

Color makes a difference.

 

Give it a try. The possibilities are endless.
