Up North Tradition

Every Summer the family take a vacation to Northern Michigan. This Summer was no different. Welcome to our UP NORTH TRADITION!

Time was not an issue and the adventures mapped out our days...

Our first stop... Robinson's Senic Garden - sculpture destination.

We took day trips to different places.

Torch Lake
Mackinaw City

Charlavoix

Northport - My husbands family had a cottage up there 40 years ago.
Our Putt-Putt Golfing Adventure at Captain's Cove.

The Beautiful Traverse City. Our final destination.

Waves crashing against the shore.

Beautiful Sunsets each night.

Fun Sand Creations.

We spent more time in the water then out!

View from our Motel - The Sands

We couldn't have asked for a better vacation. Only wished it could have lasted longer. But isn't that how it always is...?
Hope you had as much fun as we did.

How fun! What I wouldn't give for a margarita and a sunset over the water.

I love the few in the middle with the beach and the sunset. They're beautiful. Glad you had a great time. My cousin and I went to Charleston last week and had a lot of fun. It, too, did not last long enough!
