It's a Sign...

Yes, it is the first sign of fall. We can not escape it. Fall is coming to western Michigan. It has been such a wonderful summer that I hate to see it end. There will be hot days, then cool and cooler days will approach.

Every Summer the family take a vacation to Northern Michigan. This Summer was no different. Welcome to our UP NORTH TRADITION!


Time was not an issue and the adventures mapped out our days...

We couldn't have asked for a better vacation. Only wished it could have lasted longer. But isn't that how it always is...?

A Summer Day...

I could't resist some of the beautiful flowers in my neighborhood. So many different varieties of flowers. It was hard choosing which ones to share.

We are on vacation for about a week. Hope to run into great weather and beautiful scenes of Northern Michigan.
