It's not that it is snowing so much because it isn't. It's the wind. The tempeture is 14 degrees with a wind chill of -4. The wind is blowing at 20 miles an hour. It is still clasified as a blizzard. Not many cars on the road today. They are saying if you don't have to go out, don't. I am sitting in my comfy house with the heat turned up and watching old movies. Hope you enjoy the pictures.
Just a side note, The top picture was featured on WZZMTV that same day.
What beautiful pictures. How I long for a real winter. Here in Florida, we don't get much of that.
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by my blog!
Love these Superior, Snowy Snaps! We had our first snowfall last weekend, but only rain since then. SITS sent me by, and I'm glad they did!

Wow. We live in Florida and I thought it was cold yesterday at 63. I actually do miss the cold - it makes it seem more Christmasy!

I can't really enjoy the pics! They're beautiful but too close to home!!! It was 4 for a high today... and -4 when I took the kids to the bus.

So pretty but I am so glad that snow is not here in Virginia. We just moved here after three years of living in Jacksonville, FL and Charleston, SC {no snow at either location}. So not ready for any mention or threat of winter weather :-) Stopping by from SITS!

Snow. I'm envious! It was supposed to snow 1-4 inches here last night but nope. Not a single snowflake anywhere, that I can see.
ReplyDeleteOooh. Lawdy. That looks cooold. I am still getting used to Ohio. You Michigan folks are a tough stock.
ReplyDeleteReally beautiful photos. Stopping by from SITs.
Such pretty pictures! We got 16 inches of snow today in DC, but it's not nearly as cold. Snow I can deal with but freezing temperatures, not so much! Stay warm!
ReplyDeleteWe got the wind and cold temperature. We missed the beautiful snow here is South Carolina.
